About this directory
HAIL-Certified Consultants are independent practitioners. They have completed the HAIL Consultant Certification program and hold an active license to use the FAST and HAIL-ETHIC frameworks in client engagements. They are not HAIL employees, agents, or spokespersons.
Certification signals that a consultant understands the methodology and has committed to its attribution and usage standards. It does not constitute endorsement of any specific engagement, recommendation, or deliverable. Prospective clients should evaluate consultants on the merits of their own practice, prior work, and fit for the engagement.
Listings are maintained annually alongside the license renewal cycle. A consultant whose license lapses is removed from this directory; the underlying certification credential remains a matter of record.
